Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
Method
Beat together.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
