Morgan'S Pecan Pie

A home-kitchen version of morgan's pecan pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. whole pecans
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Method
Combine corn syrup and sugar.
Mix in salt, butter and vanilla.
Add eggs and pecans.
Place in an unbaked pie shell and then sprinkle more whole pecans over the top.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
