A home-kitchen version of no name cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. diced bananas
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 2 c. sugar
Method
Mix in large bowl (dry ingredients); dump in rest.
Stir with spoon.
Bake in tube pan at 350° for 80 minutes.
