A home-kitchen version of nut cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. chopped nuts
Method
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, milk, flour and baking powder.
Mix.
Fold in nuts.
Bake in greased tube pan 1 hour at 350°.
