A home-kitchen version of nutty peach crunch, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 large (29 oz.) can sliced peaches with syrup
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
Heat oven to 325°.
Layer ingredients in order listed in ungreased, oblong 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 55 or 60 minutes.
Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
Good with vanilla ice cream on top.
