Peach Salad

A home-kitchen version of peach salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 large can sliced peaches mashed (Save 1 c. juice)
- 1 large package peach jello
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
Method
Heat 1 c. juice to boiling. Add jello stir to dissolve. Add to soft cream cheese in blender. Blend until smooth, add mashed peaches, refrigerate until cool and thick. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate.
