Pecan Pie

A home-kitchen version of pecan pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten with beater
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Method
Pour in 8-inch crust and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350° until set.
Serve cold or warm.
