Pie Crust(I Can'T Believe It Works)

A home-kitchen version of pie crust(i can't believe it works), written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. water
Method
Mix flour, salt and shortening.
Add egg, vinegar and water, mixing with a fork until flour is moistened.
This is a crust that you can play with.
