Pineapple Cake

A home-kitchen version of pineapple cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
To make cake, beat eggs; add sugar and mix well.
Add vanilla and pineapple with juice.
Add flour sifted with soda and salt. Pour into large greased and floured pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Batter should not be more than 1 inch thick.
Ten minutes before the cake is done, begin icing.
