A home-kitchen version of pineapple horseradish salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 3 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 scant c. salad dressing
- 3 tsp. horseradish
- 1 c. pineapple
Method
Cream the cream cheese and salad dressing together until smooth.
Add horseradish and crushed pineapple.
Combine jello and hot water and add to cream cheese mixture.
Let set.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
