Pistachio Cake

A home-kitchen version of pistachio cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 boxes pistachio instant pudding mix
Method
Mix all ingredients in large bowl for 1 minute at low speed, then beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan about 20 minutes.
