Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
Method
Cook eggs, sugar, vinegar and salt over double boiler, stirring often, until it thickens.
Remove from heat.
Add mustard and mayonnaise.
Pour over salad.
