Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. pumpkin
- 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Method
Sift flour.
Blend eggs and sugar; add pumpkin and oil.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
