A home-kitchen version of rice and broccoli casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good rice and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 stick oleo
- onions
- Cheez Whiz (small jar)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 pkg. broccoli
Method
Boil broccoli; cook rice and put in casserole.
Saute onions in oleo and pour on rice; put Cheez Whiz on top.
Pour cream of mushroom soup on top and bake in medium oven, 350°.
