A home-kitchen version of salmon cakes, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 large can salmon
- 1 egg
- 4 to 5 slices bread
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. Season-All
- 1/2 c. flour
Method
Crumble bread; mix with other ingredients.
Heat cooking oil in skillet until hot.
Drop salmon in spoonfuls into skillet. Cook until golden brown.
