Sausage Casserole

A home-kitchen version of sausage casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- raw sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
- potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces (approximately 6 small)
- carrots, cut into bite-size pieces
- onion
Method
Preheat oven to 375°.
Spray casserole dish with Pam.
Combine sausage, potatoes, carrots and onion.
Put in casserole dish.
Salt and pepper.
Pour small amount of Crisco oil over all.
Stir.
Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
