A home-kitchen version of sausage roll, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 3 c. biscuit mix
Method
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for about 2 minutes.
Makes about 75 to 100 meat balls.
