A home-kitchen version of sausage rolls, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1 lb. sausage, uncooked
Method
Prepare biscuit mix as directed on package for biscuits. Roll out dough onto well floured board or wax paper.
Thinly sprinkle uncooked sausage onto dough.
Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into small slices. Cook at 350° until golden brown.
