A home-kitchen version of soda cracker candy, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.
Ingredients
- 30 soda crackers
- 6 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 small can Carnation milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Crush crackers fine. Mix well with peanut butter.
Cook milk and sugar to a slow boil.
Boil 3 minutes.
Add vanilla to crackers and pour milk and sugar after it has boiled over crackers and peanut butter.
Mix until thick and pour in a greased pan that has been greased with margarine.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
