Soda Cracker Pie

A home-kitchen version of soda cracker pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nuts, crushed
- 1/2 c. soda crackers (12), crushed
- whip cream
Method
Mix egg whites and sugar.
Fold in baking powder, vanilla, crushed nuts and soda crackers.
Pour into pie plate and cook at 350° for 20 to 35 minutes.
Put whip cream on top.
