A home-kitchen version of soft alphabet pretzels, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen whole wheat bread dough
- egg white
- kosher salt
Method
Thaw bread dough.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Pinch
off pieces the size of a golf ball and roll into ropes about 5 inches long. Shape into letters. Let rise for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg white and kosher salt.
Bake for 20 minutes.
