Sour Cream Cake

A home-kitchen version of sour cream cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. cake flour
Method
Cream sugar and butter well. Add eggs, one at a time. Alternately add flour, sour cream and soda. Add vanilla.
Put in a Bundt cake pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
