Ingredients
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 22 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. pecans or walnuts, crushed
- ice cream
Method
Combine vanilla, sugar, Ritz crackers, eggs and 1 cup crushed nuts.
Pour into a well-greased (Pam okay) pie plate and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Top will be crisp and dry.
