Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
Use enough flour to make dough.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add yolk of egg.
Thin with milk.
Add spices.
Put soda in cream of tartar.
Bake at 350° until done.
Makes a cake.
