A home-kitchen version of special k cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter (1 1/2 c.)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 c. Special K cereal
Method
Stir sugar and syrup together. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and mix well.
Add vanilla to cereal. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Makes 6 dozen.
