A home-kitchen version of sugared peanuts, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. peanuts
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Method
Bring to a boil and continue boiling and stirring until all water is gone.
Spread on cookie sheet.
Bake in 200° oven until peanuts are crisp inside, not soggy.
