A home-kitchen version of texas sheet cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour (unsifted)
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
In saucepan, bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and pour into greased pan.
Make icing while cake is baking.
