Uncle Tom'S French Toast

A home-kitchen version of uncle tom's french toast, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- bread
- cinnamon
Method
Mix eggs, milk and vanilla.
Dip one piece of bread in mixture, one piece at a time until all the mixture is used up.
Put in a heated skillet with butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
When brown, turn over and sprinkle the other side with cinnamon.
Serve with maple syrup.
