Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. cold water
Method
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
