A home-kitchen version of becky's marshmallow clouds, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chocolate and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 c. salted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 c. (12 oz.) miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz. miniature marshmallows (frozen)
Method
Preheat oven to 400°.
Leave marshmallows in freezer until just prior to baking, they thaw too quickly.
