A home-kitchen version of broccoli corn casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 beaten eggs
Method
Mix melted
butter,
herbs from stuffing and eggs.
Add corn and
broccoli.
Add
3/4 package dry stuffing.
Pour into casserole and put remaining crumbs on top. Bake 40 minutes at 325°.
