A home-kitchen version of confetti cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (18 oz.) box cherry chip cake mix
Method
Cream the cream cheese, margarine, egg and vanilla.
Add cake mix, a third at a time.
Chill 30 minutes.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375°.
