A home-kitchen version of corn casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Method
Melt margarine; add corn muffin mix and sour cream.
Mix together.
Add corn and mix all together.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
