Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 graham cracker ready made pie crust
Method
Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl until softened.
Beat in sugar. Gradually add milk; beat until smooth.
Fold in coconut, Cool Whip and vanilla flavoring.
