A home-kitchen version of easy cheesecake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
- fresh strawberries for garnish
Method
Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar.
Blend in vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
Spoon into crust.
Chill until set, at least 4 hours.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
