A home-kitchen version of french dip sandwiches, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 can beef consomm
- 1 can water
- 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
- 1 pkg. Au Jus
- 4 lb. roast, boneless
Method
Mix all together and pour over roast.
Bake until roast is tender.
Slice roast and serve on hard rolls.
Save juice and serve with sandwiches.
