Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- few strips of crisp bacon (some drippings can be added for flavor)
Method
Mix eggs slightly.
Add sugar and vinegar.
Mix with some water; add remaining water.
Mix again slightly.
Cook over low burner so it does not curdle.
If it should curdle, beat.
You can use 3 eggs or two eggs and then thicken with flour or cornstarch, 1 tablespoon to an egg.
