Pudding Delight

A home-kitchen version of pudding delight, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans
- 3/4 c. sugar (granulated)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 giant size container Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. instant Jell-O pudding (flavors of your choice)
Method
Mix butter, flour and 1/2 cup pecans; place in a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex casserole dish.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; let cool.
Mix sugar, cream cheese and 2/3 cup Cool Whip together; spread evenly over crust in a casserole dish.
Mix each instant pudding mix as directed on box; layer each pudding into a casserole dish.
Add a layer of Cool Whip to cover other ingredients.
Top with chopped pecans.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
