Pumpkin Pie Cake

A home-kitchen version of pumpkin pie cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
Combine first 4 ingredients; mix all dry ingredients together and combine with the pumpkin mixture.
Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
