Strawberry Jello Dessert

A home-kitchen version of strawberry jello dessert, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 pkg. frozen strawberries (10 oz. each)
- 1 (13 or 15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. boiling water
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
Make jello with boiling water.
Add 2 packages of strawberries and stir until thawed.
Add the fruit and nuts.
Mix well. Congeal 1/2 of mixture.
Spread sour cream over this and top with the other half of mixture.
Congeal.
Serves around 12.
