Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 onion
- a little green pepper
- 1 egg
- stuffing (Stove Top or your own recipe)
- 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of celery
Method
Line bottom of 9 x 12 pan with hamburger mixture (first 3 ingredients). Place stuffing on top of hamburger mixture. Pour the soup over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
