A home-kitchen version of three corn casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 small box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Method
Mix ingredients in a large prepared casserole dish.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or golden brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
