Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 medium pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes, parboiled
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk (more or less to desired consistency)
  • Lawry's seasoning salt and pepper

Method

  1. Brown pork chops in oil.

  2. Sprinkle with Lawry's salt and set aside.

  3. Parboil potatoes; peel and slice into large, shallow baking dish, sprayed with Pam.

  4. Finely chop green pepper and onion.

  5. Mix onion, green pepper, mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup, milk and Lawry's salt and pepper.

  6. Pour over potatoes in dish.

  7. Place pork chops on top of potato mixture.

  8. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.

  9. Bake at 350° until done, about 35 to 45 minutes.
