Weinberg'S Sausage Dip

A home-kitchen version of weinberg's sausage dip, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Weinberg's sausage (flavor of choice)
- 1 can Rotel brand canned tomatoes
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 bag Doritos or 1 pack of crackers
Method
Brown sausage in a skillet and drain. Drain the can of Rotel. Mix and heat the cream cheese and the Rotel. Add sausage to the heated mixture. Stir and serve with chips or crackers.
