Cheese Cake Squares

A home-kitchen version of cheese cake squares, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 (18.5 oz.) box yellow cake mix without pudding
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with cooking spray. Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg until well blended. Pat into prepared pan.
Mix in blender the cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar. Pour over first mixture and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
