A home-kitchen version of jane's cheese cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 large and 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Beat together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and 1/2 cup of sugar.
Pour into a crumb crust.
Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Cool for 15 minutes.
