Lemon Cheese Squares

A home-kitchen version of lemon cheese squares, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix (lemon) with pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon jucie
Method
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup mix and press remaining mixture into ungreased 13 x 9-inch dish.
Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
