Pineapple Crush Cake

A home-kitchen version of pineapple crush cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box pineapple cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (4 serving size)
- 2 c. cold milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Method
Bake cake mix as directed in 3 pans. Combine pudding mix, milk and cream cheese.
Spread 1/3 of the pineapple on each cake layer, making sure layers are completely cool. Spread pudding mixture on top of pineapple on each layer.
Stack layers and cover with whipped topping.
A small amount of pudding mixture may be added to whipped topping to flavor.
